GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC” or “Contract”) govern your access to and use of the platform and services “https://www.turnr.co.in” referred as “Turnr” provided by Rapt Technologies Pvt. Ltd. referred as “Rapt”, including website builders, micro-sites, landing pages, interactive tools, lead collection systems, and online sales solutions (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is designed to help Clients create, maintain, and promote their online presence and, where applicable, drive business or sales.
By accessing or using the Service, the Client agrees to comply with these GTC, which constitute a binding agreement between the Client and turnr.
1. Service Provider Information
The Service is offered by Rapt Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Rahatni, Pune - 411057, India, CIN [Insert CIN],and GSTIN [Insert GSTIN]. By using the Service, the Client acknowledges that Rapt may communicate with them by email, phone, or chat regarding the Service, support requests, or promotional updates.
Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing info@turnr.co.in from their registered email account. Rapt will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Rapt may revise these GTC at any time. If the Client does not agree with changes, they may terminate their account.
2. Definitions
For clarity:
- Client Data: All content, files, information, and materials uploaded or entered into the Service by the Client.
- Service Fee: Fees payable for access to the Service as per the current subscription plan.
- Account: The Client’s registered access to the Service.
- SaaS: Software-as-a-Service platform provided by Rapt.
- Documentation: User guides, help files, or related resources provided by Rapt.
3. Applicability
These GTC apply to individual users and corporate entities. For organizations, the person agreeing must have authority to bind the organization. Any conflicting terms in purchase orders or other documents submitted by the Client are overridden by these GTC.
4. Account Registration and Security
A Client account will be automatically created when the Client makes a payment for the Service. Upon account creation, authentication details (username and password) will be sent to the email address provided by the Client.
The Client is responsible for keeping these credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party. The Client is fully responsible for all activity conducted through their account
Rapt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of security breaches, misuse of credentials, or violation of these GTC.
5. Services Provided
Turnr will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Service, including technical support via email, phone, or chat, where applicable. Support may not cover all errors, and no guarantee is made for uninterrupted access. Non-commercial or free accounts may not receive support. Rapt may modify or update the Service at its discretion.
6. Subscription Plans and Fees
The Service is subject to the subscription fees listed on the Turnr platform. Certain Services may be offered free of charge or include a trial period, as specified at the time of subscription. All fees are payable in accordance with the applicable subscription plan selected by the Client and the billing terms presented on the Turnr platform.
7. Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel the subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation process by emailing support@turnr.co.in. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by applicable law, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial usage, early termination, or unused subscription periods.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for partial usage, early termination, or unused subscription periods. In the event that Rapt materially breaches the Contract, the Client may be entitled to a refund for the subscription period following the effective date of termination, which shall constitute the Client’s sole and exclusive remedy.
9. Rights to Use the Service
Upon payment of applicable fees, the Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sub-licensable right to use the Service for internal business purposes. The Client agrees not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access underlying code.
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works without permission
- Share login credentials or use the Service on behalf of third parties
The Client must respect licenses for third-party content, including images, icons, or AI-generated material.
10. SaaS Product and Source Code
The Service is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, and the Client is granted access to use the platform only through the Service interface. The underlying source code of the website or software will not be provided to the Client by default, and the Client cannot demand the source code as part of the Service.
If the Client requests the source code, it may be made available only under a separate agreement and upon payment of additional fees mutually agreed between Rapt and the Client. All rights to the source code remain with Rapt until such an agreement is executed.
11. Marketing References
Rapt may reference the Client and display the Client’s name or logo or client’s website in marketing, promotional materials, or online content or testimonial of Turnr or portfolio of Turnr to indicate their use of the Service.
12. Client Data and Acceptable Use
The Client is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and security of all data uploaded or entered into the Service (“Client Data”). Files should be scanned for viruses before submission.
The Service must not be used for illegal, offensive, or unethical purposes, including spam, prohibited marketing, illegal content, pornography, or sexually explicit material. The Client must not upload, publish, or distribute content that promotes communal abuse, hate speech, discrimination, or incites violence.
The Client acknowledges that the platform “turnr” provided by Rapt does not monitor site content and shall not be responsible for any content added by the Client, including pornographic or hate-related material.
The Client must comply with Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related rules. The Client agrees to indemnify Rapt against any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from their content or misuse of the Service.
Rapt reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts and content that violate these rules, including illegal, prohibited, or offensive material, or for inactive/unpaid accounts after three months.

13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, underlying software, and documentation remain with Rapt or its licensors. Rapt may use publicly available Client content as templates for other Clients. The Client retains ownership of data entered into the Service
14. AI Content Usage
Turnr may provide third party AI tools or API to assist in website creation or content generation. The Client is responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring compliance with laws. turnr is not liable for any content created or published by AI on the Client’s behalf.
15. Third-Party Services
The Service may utilize certain third-party tools and providers (e.g., payment gateways, CRM systems, analytics platforms) to deliver and enhance its functionality. While these third-party tools are integrated as part of the Service, turnr assumes responsibility for managing and resolving any failures, disruptions, or errors arising from such tools on behalf of the Client.
The Client is generally not required to contact third-party providers directly, except in cases where the Client has provided specific third-party account credentials or access tokens (e.g., Gmail API, other service accounts). In such instances, turnr will work with the Client and use commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate with the third-party providers to restore full functionality as promptly as possible.
16. Privacy, Data Protection, and Cookies
The Client agrees that turnr may use cookies or other tracking technologies to provide the Service. The Client must ensure website users have given consent under Indian privacy laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Turnr may act as:
- Data Controller: for creating or maintaining Client website content.
- Data Processor: for personal data collected via Client’s website forms.
Data may be processed using subcontractors (hosting, legal, accounting, AI tools). All processing is confidential and only for providing the Service.
17. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. turnr does not guarantee business success, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.
18. Limitation of Liability
Rapt’s liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim. Rapt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or data, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Claims must be filed within two months from the cause of action.
19. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold turnr harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Violation of these GTC.
- Client content or misuse of the Service.
- Breach of Indian laws or third-party rights.
20. Service Availability / SLA
Turnr will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available and operational at all times. While temporary interruptions may occur due to technical issues, turnr will inform Clients in advance of any scheduled maintenance that may affect Service availability.
21. Modification or Termination of Services
Turnr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at its discretion. Client accounts may be suspended or terminated in cases of non-payment, violation of these GTC, prolonged inactivity, or upon expiration of the SaaS subscription.
22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Contract is governed by Indian law. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of [Pune, India]. The Client waives the right to join class actions against Rapt. Rapt may seek injunctive or legal remedies in any competent court.
23. Force Majeure
Rapt is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, cyberattacks, government actions, or subcontractor failures.
24. Miscellaneous
- The Contract may not be assigned without consent, except that Rapt may transfer rights to affiliates, successors, or buyers of its business.
- Subcontractor work is turnr’s responsibility.
- Provisions regarding IP, confidentiality, liability, indemnity, and survival clauses continue after termination.
- These GTC constitute the complete agreement and supersede prior agreements.
